Returns & Replacement Policy

At Noir & Nonsense, we take care in what we make. Our physical products are custom printed to order, produced individually rather than pulled from inventory. This allows us to offer small, considered objects made specifically for the people who choose them.

Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.


Quality Guarantee (Physical Products)

While we do not issue refunds, we do stand behind the quality of what we send.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the damage or defect

Please email contact@noirandnonsense.com, and we’ll take care of it.


Digital Content

Purchases that provide access to digital content, including written material or downloadable items, are non-refundable once access has been granted. Because digital content is delivered immediately or near-immediately, all digital sales are final.

If you experience a technical issue accessing purchased digital content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
